Two days after being slapped with one lawsuit, charlatan shrink Dr. Philhad to face even more salacious charges that he forced female patients to be exposed to a naked man.
The second such lawsuit was filed October 9, 2009 accusing the self-help guru of “indecent exposure, brainwashing, public ridicule, mental and physical abuse, sexual harassment and emotional distress.”
Filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Crystal Matchett, a former patient who lived in the “Dr. Phil House” in 2007 for a series of TV episodes called “House of Judgment,” it followed a suit filed by Shirley Dieu, who claimed Dr. Phil “touched her left breast” during a therapy session and also forced her to “be in the same room with a completely naked man while he exposed his entire body, genitals and all.”

A spokesman for Dr. Phil called the claims in Dieu’s lawsuit “without merit.” But Matchett, who lived in the “Dr. Phil House” at the same time as Dieu, echoed Dieu’s charges – and more – in her own lawsuit. According to Matchett’s legal action, the “naked man” was “introduced by Dr. Phil” to her and other “captives as their surprise dinner guest.”
And according to another woman living in the house, the man’s behavior disgusted all the women in the house. “The man started touching himself, fondling his private parts and then sat down at the table with us,” KimberlyBrown said at the time. “Me, Shirley ( Dieu) and the other women walked out!”
The bizarre incident was “extremely traumatic,” Matchett said in her suit, and it caused her to sustain “serious personal and mental injuries.”

Matchett also claimed Dr. Phil’s staff blocked her from leaving the house during the incident, and that she was “prevented from calling for help, and the phone line was quickly disconnected.”
“They prevented us from reporting a crime,” Matchett said at the time. “My experience on the show was a total nightmare. It was humiliating.”
Brown added, “A lot of inappropriate stuff was going on in that house.
