“Dr. Phil is a monster!” Those are the angry words of a former patient ofDr. Phil McGraw, who claims she was sexually molested by the TV shrink! Sara Morrison spoke out in a world exclusive interview – divulging sickening claims of how talk-show titan Oprah Winfrey‘s former protege repeatedly fondled her, molesting her while she was being treated by him. The mother of one also reveals authorities were called in to investigate the abuse, threatening Dr. Phil’s career as a psychologist.
“Not a single day has gone by when I haven’t been affected by what Phil McGraw did to me,” Sara said. “He profoundly affected the course of my life. The world should know this man is a predator and a bully. He shouldn’t be telling Americans how to live their lives, how to improve themselves.”
Morrison was a college sophomore home for the summer when she sought treatment from Dr. Phil in Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1984. “I suffered from low self-esteem, and I was depressed, lonely and suicidal,” she recalled. “Phil was extremely insistent that I call him all the time, and he would call me. He wanted to see me three or four times a week – as a patient.”

While treating her that summer, Dr. Phil did nothing improper, she said. But his attitude changed completely the following summer when, in a highly unethical move, he paid Morrison to work as his intern, while charging her as a patient at the same time!
“The first day I showed up for work, Phil had his hands all over me,” she claimed. At the time, the then psychologist and his second wife Robin had been married for eight years, but that didn’t stop his sexually aggressive behavior, according to Morrison.
“There was never intercourse, but a lot of sexual touching,” she said. “Phil would pull me down to sit in his lap while he talked on the phone to patients, other doctors, even his wife!”
“He’d be running his hand up and down the inside of my thigh all the way up to my panties,” she said. “He’d put his hands between my legs. He’d reach in my blouse and touch my breasts. He pulled my breasts out of my bra and kissed them.”

“He loved to rub my pelvic bone, and he’d kiss me on my cheeks and lips.”
“I just froze when he touched me,” she said. “I never touched him back.”
The sex-mad shrink sometimes changed clothes while she was in the office, Morrison said: “When he’d undress in front of me, I’d turn my head away. He’d say, ‘ What’s the big deal?’ Phil was always talking about sex. He was hyper-sexed.”
Morrison claimed she allowed the abuse to continue because she considered Dr. Phil to be an authority figure. “He was my therapist. I trusted him. He was like a father figure to me,” she said. However, she eventually reported him to the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

A spokesperson for Dr. Phil previously said Morrison’s “claims are not only untrue, they were thoroughly investigated by the board more than 20 years ago, found to be without merit, and summarily dismissed.” However, that’s not true.
After conducting a yearlong investigation, the board determined McGraw had engaged in unprofessional conduct and maintained an “inappropriate dual relationship” with Morrison, according to documents obtained by Radar.
Dr. Phil reached a settlement with the board, agreeing to a public reprimand and a year’s supervision. “The board effectively put Phil out of business by making it too costly for him to operate,” said Morrison. “Another therapist had to be in the room when Phil conducted a therapy session, and he had to pay the (second) therapist. In less than a year, he gave up his license and left town.”
